General Rates
My standard interpreting rate is €50 per hour (or part thereof), including travel time.
Once we discuss your needs, I’ll provide an estimate of the time required to complete the work.
If you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Building works
I can accompany you with your building projects and renovations by communicating with architects, artisans and companies. I am happy to provide an estimation to oversee all your communication needs for your project from start to finish
Notaire
Signings (Compromis de Vente or Acte de Vente) at the Notaire are at a fixed fee of 200€ (plus my travel at the usual rate, if it is outside my local area).
There are no hidden extras.
Rarely, some jobs can be more complex than first expected, if this is the case then I will give you a new estimate of the extra work so that you remain in full control at all times.
To comply with French law, my estimates are in French, but I can also give you a copy in English.
